Killer Peanut-butter Chocolate Lava Cake
So here I am on a sugar overdrive after I've tried to bake a recipe that I stumbled upon on myrecipes.com . They've labelled it as "Single-Girl Melty Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake," but I personally find the word "Lava" more enticing than the word "Melty," don't you agree?
It was entirely simple to do, and entirely delicious! It only took me 5mins to prepare the ingredients, about 15 minutes to bake it, and quarter all the preparation time to finish it all! Why would I not if there were three scoups of vanilla ice-cream to top it off!
Here's my experience with this rich cake. The crispy and chewy crust and melting hot center mixed with ice cold vanilla ice-cream made me take a bite after the next without hesitation. My initial idea to consume merely half the cake was overwritten to be left with an insignificant amount of a bite or two left-over (for my sister to try). And I must not fail to mention that this cake left a very guilty I-must-exercise-later feeling. Killer indeed! It's a path to diabetes, hence my advice that this cake be an occasional thing. In fact, to keep it in your thoughts would be better that you may never stumble upon this peanut-butter-chocolate rich endeavor.
As for the recipe, Google will be your best of friend :)
